I would be concerned that Brexit and Covid19 might be too backwards looking. This needs to be forward looking - the challenges that will happen not that already have.
Or doesn’t matter if it is a broad view or if it’s picks up on a certain sector, you just need to justify why it will be the...
I would include as much employment as possible - Short term placements are common so it won’t be perceived negatively.
If always go with the higher levels of responsibility if that was the only consideration of moving jobs. You shouldn’t stick somewhere just because of how flightly you might be...
It really won't - it is a very strong grade that will be looked upon as favourably as your other grades. It doesn't stick out to a recruiter - they just see strong grades.
It is a little too early for the 2022-23 first-year programmes. These are typically advertised when firm's launch their new recruitment campaign, which is likely to be sometime in August/September, in time for the new academic term. Please do keep an eye on the forum though in the coming weeks...
1) There won't be a better one as such - you have to really weigh up what is better for you. However, you can apply for TCs and LLMs as they aren't mutually exclusive. Some people will find that they can attend a VS while paralegalling but for some organisations they won't consider this due to...

The “why the firm/opportunity” should be more about what you will benefit from rather than why you will be suitable. It should be focused on motivations rather than proving your ability to do the job.
I advise focusing on the job description and trying to align your evidence in terms of skill set to the specifics of what they are looking for.
I’d also try to align any motivational evidence to that particular practice area/department too.
You will need to meet all the basic eligibility criteria to ensure you are eligible. If you meet this, you will be invited to interview.
When you submitted your application won’t be taken into consideration, so I wouldn’t worry about what you did this.
