Hi, just to clarify that this is a question from Rare Recruitment/Candid - i believe they use it in their data to get a bigger picture of where candidates who use the platform apply to. It shouldn't be a mandatory question so feel free to leave it blank. We at RS don't receive those answers so...

Hi Louis, I'm well thanks, hope you are too! Yes, we do require Trainees who have QWE to still do the full 2 years. This is mainly for your own development to ensure that Trainees experience a variety of our Practice and Industry groups. It also helps when applying for internal NQ roles in that...

Yes, it is. However we have fully transitioned to SQE so we would need LPC graduates to sit SQE2. This would be funded by the firm for successful candidates.

Apologies - I'm generally only able to reply during working hours and because of the long weekend there has only been one full working day since you asked! I'll take a look at the questions now :)

TCLA Direct Training Contract Applications Discussion Thread 2024-5

No, as outlined on the application form, candidates can only apply to one Early Careers role per cycle. This is because the initial application stages (including VI) are exactly the same process and marked on the same criteria. I appreciate that you may have decided to apply to the TC vs the Vac...

No, as the initial application process is the same, candidates can only apply to one early careers role each academic year. This doesn't include Open Days but would include the VS, sorry.

TCLA Direct Training Contract Applications Discussion Thread 2024-5

No, it is the same initial application process as the Vacation Scheme, so candidates can apply to either the Vac Scheme or TC in an academic year. Sorry.
