Hey everyone, does anyone have any advice or resources for WG tests? I’ve got quite a few through and in the past I haven’t always been successful with them so would really appreciate any input :))
I still haven’t heard back about getting to WG at Bird & Bird after like 3 weeks :/ do you think I applied too late since it’s a rolling deadline? I assumed around a month in advance would be okay but maybe I underestimated
For anyone who has heard back from Bird&Bird post-app - how long did it take? I applied a few weeks ago and think it’s WG next (honestly loosing track) but haven’t heard back yet

I'm assuming from the feedback report as all of my others said high performer apart from one which suggested I was lacking in that area. You don't get scores from the reasoning section though but safe to say even if I passed it wouldn't have got through based on the competency section!
I think it's about undermining the partner? - I guess in context could come across as passive aggressive and doesn't necessarily show strong communication skills in terms of confidence with either partner or client
My portal also said under review and I got the email about an hour ago to say I didn't meet one of the benchmarks for the test - met everything else but came down to judgement error on which values they'd want me to prioritise. I took the test on Friday evening and heard today so depending on...
