Last year they interviewed around 100 - 130 people for 60 vac scheme places so I think they just take time to make sure they read each application fully before inviting to interview :)
I did this last year and they recommended to apply much earlier in the application window as they recruit on a rolling basis and had already filled up all AC slots by mid December :)
Not sure of an exact conversation rate as it will differ each year. This year they have 100 VS places and 40 TC places but they also have the direct route. On my scheme in July there were 20 people and 9 of us were offered TCs if that helps at all!
You have 15 mins to read a client briefing and then report back to the interviewer about the potential issues which the client might face! It was quite straight forward and I don’t think you could really get it ‘wrong’. Good luck!
