Hello, do any one of you have any ideas as to the type of question Howard Kennedy are asking during the VI? I anticipate a question regarding our motivations to join the firm and a commercial awareness one but I'd be happy to hear from people who've gone through the process before!
Many thanks
I am as well and have told my manager I'd take a few hours off this afternoon/tomorrow morning to prep. They understand we are applying for TCs, that's part of the game really
I haven't so can't offer lots of advice, but as it's a phone interview you are able to have your notes etc, and even if you are not certain about an answer, speak with confidence, you'll do great!!
Hello, I have a quick question, I wonder whether, in an application, it is better to use "unlawful" instead of "ultra vires". Ultra vires is obviously legal jargon and it fits better with my answer but at the same time I don't want it to sound too pretentious for lack of a better word.
Many thanks!
Hello, it's me again, I am currently working on the following question: When have you delivered a piece of work where quality was an important factor? As part of your answer, please describe why quality was important to you, what approaches you took to help you deliver and what you enjoyed...
Fingers crossed we all hear back this week!
I have to say their email promised an "update" by the end of the month, it may simply be a further update on timescale … :/
