Obviously, it's time intensive and firms have plenty of interviewees, but applicants have also invested a lot of time applying, preparing and interviewing at the firm. I think it says a lot about the firm, especially because they're stepping away from a fairly standard practice.- Jaysen

Shoosmiths VC and TC Application
That's an interesting question. It might help to think about what could compromise profitability (so you know you're on the right track). One example would be reducing the fees charged to clients. While this might help Shoosmiths attract clients, it'll impact the firm's profitability.- Jaysen
