1. Yes, that's generally how I did it. I should add: the structure I mentioned isn't supposed to be prescriptive. There are many ways to approach this question. It's fine to repeat something descriptive about a firm from the website -- be it a strength in a practice area or statistics about a firm's retention rates -- as long as you are writing about why it appeals to you.
