How much of it is about application technique?
Just FYI it wasn't all one way up. There were countless rejections before and during those interviews, so I know how rubbish they can feel. Especially when you think you did a good job on the app/in the interview. That's true of all the trainees I know - there's always a string of rejections...- Jaysen
