Commercial issue application question
I'd say it's optional. It's nice to pick out the other side but I wouldn't make it too rigid in the sense of balancing the positives and negatives. The key is to have a clear opinion on the topic throughout your answer. Often that comes across better than sitting on the fence.- Jaysen

I would go into the doc management system (whatever your firm uses to store files) and search for 'memorandum'. You'll get a lot of hits but they'll all have the structure for a memorandum that you can use. You can also look through the results and try to find one that's more research-based...- Jaysen
