I think there is a Watson Glaser test and a video interview before the AC. I saw it on the allaboutlaw website and on the forum as this was the process for 2024, maybe allaboutlaw is not updated for this year so not too sure :(
PS: It would be amazing if it’s just an ac after the app😭
From personal experience, I think it does appeal to firms. When I secured my first legal placement, I had no legal work experience and a lot of non legal work experience especially in terms of doing part time roles at uni such as being a customer service advisor, sales assistant, bartender...

Nope, I don’t think dtc will hear back this soon, their applications just shut for dtc and I don’t think vac schemers have heard back with offers yet
What about you? Did u apply for direct tc?

I wouldn’t assume so, maybe some of us were the first in the lot of have a ti and gonna be first in the lot to hear about ac and then tis and ac invites continue. Ac is on 23rd and 30th April so I would wait till 15 April at least :)

1. There was training everyday, and was completed over the course of...
Yes i submitted mine this morning and realised they sent a link after asking for grades, work experience and link to fill the rare recruitment form😂
Must say, very funny structure!
I literally amended my answer to mention the training and redundancy😂
I was working there in December too, met a few open day attendees.
You are correct, training is amazing, I trained in one team for a year and the training was top class
PS- a lot of associates and partners have left as well!
