I'd use paragraphs, assigning about 2-3 lines per interest/activity, and avoid headings. You could, however, put the interests/activity's name in bold or underline it, if the system allows for it, and then continue with your paragraph. I'd keep it under 500 words as well as Jessica said.- AvniD

I wouldn't overthink this- the firm is primarily looking for you to demonstrate your thought process and depth of interest rather than to judge you on your choice of topic. Anything works as long as you're able to justify your interest- what sparked it, sustained it etc.- AvniD
