Definitely shouldn’t be repeated. Choose to represent it in only one section - it is a bit of a grey area so it could fit into either. It really depends on what else you want to fit into these sections.

It depends on how many is “some” - an occasional completely wrong answer could be over looked. Multiple answers are less likely to be.
I suspect your answers are no where near as bad as you think they are though.
You could mention the aspect with your brother in the cover letter - although I’d keep it super concise so it can focus on why the firm, why the opportunity, why you (you could put your achievement in the “why you”).

People do this each cycle so I don’t see it being a problem. It’s impossible to say what your chances are though as chances rely on so many individual circumstances.
