I did Simmons test in late October, got pretty mid results... No PFO or invite to next yet. Wtf?

Yeah, expect a PFO. They didn't like your picture. No but in all seriousness, it has happened to me before and they are really just scouting you out. They do this a lot, but they usually do it from inconspicuous accounts so you don't notice. Nothing to worry about, if anything it's a minor + sign

Has anybody gotten rejected yet? I remember applying for Winter very early on (like September) and heard back almost within like 2 weeks. I applied for Spring now in early December and yet to hear anything

Our coping mechanisms have transcended rejections at this point. You can't reject us because we already rejected ourselves.

The wait for Orrick rejection begins today.
