    CV Blind Interviews

    I enjoyed the blind CV format. It felt like I was able to introduce myself to the interviewers and draw attention to specific achievements. I can also see how it helps interviewers avoid bias and make a decision solely on what is presented on the day.

    Good point. My answer might get a bit long if I try and link each point back to the company itself. I think I'll go down this route and leave talking specifically about the company to 'why x firm' and 'what makes us different to our competitors' type questions.

    Hi Catherine, I went about this using Legal 500. If you look at sections where Jones Day has tier-one status, then click on those links to a broader index of all firms, you should begin to see patterns emerge of firms it regularly competes with. Hope this helps and best of luck for tomorrow!
