Baker Mckenzie Focus Question

Hi everyone,

I am currently stuck on the following question in Baker Mckenzie application form:

Our strategies are driven around our clients and our people. Both go hand in hand, and one cannot succeed without the other. Please tell us what client focus and people focus mean to you, in a successful organisation like Baker McKenzie. Include any personal experience you think may be relevant to these discussions. (500 words max)*

Is anyone able to offer guidance on how to approach it?

I would divide this into two parts.

  1. How you think successful businesses use client focused and employee focused activities to remain successful
  2. How you have demonstrated your own client or people focus (e.g. working with others) in your experiences that link to your above points
