CMS Video Interview

Hi everyone, I've got a CMS video interview I have to do in the next few days and was wondering if anyone had an insight/tips into it? I remember doing the interview 3 years ago and it left me traumatised because it was the first video interview I've ever done and the questions were really just not what I was expecting at all. If anyone would be able to provide any tips on how they passed it, what they did to help them prepare or even what sort of things they ask, that would be so so helpful!

Hi!

I hope the VI went well! Any insights into it would be great, such as the questions or just the format itself. I'm sure yours was for the DTC, but I've got a VI coming up for the firm's Insight Programme. I'm sure the questions will be different, but if you could share any tips or insights, that would be much appreciated.
