Hi there! I assume you're looking for a blog related to law or the legal industry. But are you looking to submit a blog to academic institution or non-academic institution? For more academic line, it seems like universities often offer it like King's Student Law Review or Oxford Business Law Blog. On the other side, Legal Cheek takes outside contribution.
