Do I immediately have to tell my current employer (where I am a paralegal) that I now have a 2023 Training Contract Elsewhere. (I hope to carry on with my paralegal work for another 15 months) ? (thanks in advance for your advice)

No. You’d just have to tell them at the point you need to give your notice period.

You are not employed until the day you start your TC, and so you don’t have to declare it until you have to provide enough notice to start the TC.
