Hi, I applied for Shoosmiths insight evening and didn't get it unfortunately But they've placed me on a reserve list - do you think they would say this to most rejected applications or to a select few?

Yeah, it's video interview then assessment centre after WG. I think the associate interview may cover some SJT stuff at the AC.

If it helps, I was also rejected and not on the reserve list, so it looks like it is a select few
