I have just received a Video Interview for Kirkland and Ellis' vacation scheme.

Does anyone know if they offer this to everyone, and secondly- any tips on preparation for this would be amazing!!!

I went to the open day in November and they told us the stats are roughly 1000 apply -> 200 to 500 video interview ->80 assessment centre -> ? for partner interview (probs 30-40) -> 15-20 vac scheme/tc

some acs have been handed out

really?? They said Dec 31 was a hard deadline. Why would they do ACs before then?
