Hii @RikPalmer-ReedSmith and @ReedSmithBecca. In the last cycle, I had submitted an application and got to the video interview stage. Could I still use my 'why the firm' answer since that hasn't really changed and it was well written and structured the last time?

Hi Jessica, Good question!

It’s definitely a helpful reference, but I’d suggest giving it a review. A lot can change at a firm in a year, and we regularly update our benchmarks to make sure they reflect the current talent coming through.

Hello! Given your rolling deadline for the WVS (19th Dec), would you recommend applying as soon as possible. I have an open day mid-November and was wondering if I should be applying around late Nov/ early Dec?
