Yes, I did. One is the automatic cvmail and the other is automatic from HR and came couple hours after the first.

They said as soon as possible in the receipt confirmation email. Anytime soon I hope.

Do you think it is too late to apply now as it rolling?

I don't think there's a hard and fast rule because some firms still progress candidates that have applied in the last week even if they're rolling. However, if i were in your position I would apply for the spring or summer scheme to ensure the odds are in your favour.
