I have been doing research into different firms and the candidates they select.
It would appear from my research that most SC/MC firms only recruit from NRG if the candidate has obtained a 1st class.
I was wondering if anyone who has had a similar trajectory might disclosure where they successfully got a TC? I'm just feeling discouraged and not sure if I am wasting time applying to these types of firms if I haven't got a 1st class degree. I graduated with a high 2:1 (68%).
