I think they send it out individually (they send it to everyone, its not selective) but I got mine a few weeks after I applied

Would you say the Interview for Goodwin is heavily commercial based like the application questions or more getting to know you?

Trying to figure out what prep I need to do as I have 3 weeks and an AC prior

I would say that the interview is more motivational than anything (at least mine was). It is divided in a motivation part and an oral case study part (which was not too long for me). I would say to prepare both your motivation questions and your commercial awareness but I personally would not say that the commercial part is more important. If anything Goodwin puts an emphasis on recruiting interesting and nice people so that is what they care about the most.

I emailed them a few days ago and they said they haven’t sent any WG invites to TC applicants! So we just have to wait
