How does everyone build up their commercial awareness? I understand you need to be keep up to date with the latest business news but what can I do that actually helps me to put what I’ve read into practice?

Hi all! Does anyone have any tips or experience with the application form for the Government National Legal Trainee Scheme (CPS)? It asks you to write statements (250 words max) on skills and experience regarding the Civil Service Success Profile and Technical Skills (Experience, Ability, Strengths, Technical and Behaviours) in the form of STAR.

Did they change the WG? It says on their website that we’d be invited to an online test. Doesn’t specify what type of test.

I applied for the spring vac scheme instead, it was a situational judgement/verbal reasoning test not WG
