My theory is that the first batch were considered the strongest applications and made up a majority of AC places (I was 2nd batch too)
This is my second app cycle so I think I've just gotten better with the more tests I've done tbh (probably around 10 assessed WGs), I've noticed similar questions across different firm tests as well. Same I’m interested in seeing what factors they used when making their decision. I imagine that the interviews are more likely to be the end of March than the beginning, grad rec is currently busy with seat changes, new starters and qualifiers. Last year we had less than 2 weeks notice to the AC, and all invites were sent together.
Hey Alex, do you know approximately how many people are progressed to the AC? Given the firm offers only 4 TCs, I suspect the number wont be more than 15-20.
It was 30 last year, as there is the final interview after.
