We know that at least one person has heard back from PH, and that they don’t explicitly send out rejections. Unfortunately I’d take it as a PFO

The process is interview then proper AC. This interview won't be final stage - firms wont hire you without doing a group exercise!

Yes it’s pretty awful. I am an immigrant so according to my visa I need to have a salary of £30,960. Will the firm be open to pay that if the role’s salary is around 30k?

I agree it’s pretty awful! I think your best bet is try and negotiate with the firm. I recently interviewed at Addleshaw and they were paying 30k for their paralegal role as well but I’m assuming if it’s a big international firm, they should probably agree to the increase (but might refuse on the grounds that other paralegals or entry level paralegals at their firm are being paid 30k so it wouldn’t be fair!)

They responded to my email today. "We are currently still processing your application and will be in touch to let you know whether you are invited to our assessment centre soon. We thank you for your patience and understanding."

I saw on this thread in between pages 22-25, AC invites were sent on 2nd September and the AC was held on 10th.
