Just heard back with an interview invite - applied yesterday so quite a surprise. Hopefully you'll hear soon if you haven't already as I know they are rolling!

If a VI lasts 30 minutes and it is divided in competency, motivational and scenario questions, does this mean that each section includes 10 questions? It seems a lot, sorry but kind freaking out for the interview!

I did see that someone receive an invite from them on here but having said that, if previous years are anything to go by, it's still very early doors for them. I noticed on the Links application thread from last year that most people didn't start hearing back until early November, so I wouldn't be too pessimistic just yet!

I sent them an email to add some info to my app and they said they’d add it on. So it doesn’t sound like they’re finished!
