Does anyone have any strategies for deciding what to keep and what to scrap from an old application while reapplying to the same firm? I'm planning to rewrite my applications but want to avoid throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

You have to make sure you present as much variety as possible. If that means showing variety within an example, then I think that is fine.

Received my Capp feedback report today, also got Commercial thinking as one of my lowest! Hopefully that's not a straight PFO. My highest scoring ones were Excellence and Resilience.

I honestly think some CAPP assessments./online GBA are vv questionable - I took the exact same practice test right after another last year and got completely different results. One minute I am prioritising teamwork and the next I am letting the whole firm down with my inability to collaborate. Hun, pick a side

Probably a stupid question, if I have submitted a CV to a firm in November, and didn't hear any updates ever since, then I have gained more new experiences. Should I send an email to the firm to ask whether I can submit a new CV for their consideration?

Yeah, I feel many firms have a lot to learn from CC in how they treat WG results.

Just did my MB VIs/tests! I just wanted to come on here and reassure anyone who is a little nervous (which was me before) that it's really not that bad... I actually quite enjoyed it. Good luck to anyone who's still got it to do, you've got this!!!

Hey, just completed the Watson Glaser for CC 10 minutes back but haven't received any automatic email acknowledging that I have completed the test. Even portal doesn't say anything- is it normal?

You only do 1 test. It is an admin error.
