Does anyone know if the questions are mainly strengths-based or have any tips on how best to prepare?

Not sure if it'll be the same as last year but that was almost entirely strengths-based so would recommend preparing competencies! So think about the competencies they look for/general lawyer skills and match them with experiences you have that you can talk about as examples
