No ACs at all at Travers but to be honest some of the assessed activities during the vac scheme were similar to what you might do at a typical accessment centre.
The interview is with a partner. It's a unique experience - not classically competency-based but they are obviously assessing your motivation for the career/firm, commercial awareness and want to get to know you.
