hey, i got a VI invite a week or so after applying- i applied on the deadline for london- though ive not heard back since, its been about 2.5 weeks.

I have an assessment centre with HSF for their SVS early February, still waiting on Hogan Lovells after progressing to the review stage from their WG test, still waiting on Dechert post VI and written exercise. Is anyone else still waiting on Dechert or HL?

Hi Good luck for the AC on Wednesday. Did you manage to get a response for this?

RPC interview lasts about 45 mins I think? It’s very friendly - the interviewers explain all the different sections in detail (motivational, competency, commercial, situational) and they want you to do your best so if they think you’ve given a good answer and want to move on they’ll just stop you but that’s not a bad thing!

The situational is a scenario they read out to you and you have to talk through your train of thought/how you would tackle it. They may ask some follow-ups.

10 minutes at the end of the interview is for asking questions so prepare some good ones!

The experience is quite relaxed - they really just want to get to know you and see if you fit in with their culture which is v important to them!
