Pretty sure it’s 23:59pm - they’re “rolling”, but no decisions are sent until after deadline. I got the spring VS last year and applied 6h before the deadline.

Finished Reed Smith's VI and online test about 9 days back, just got an email today saying they will be in touch with an update soon. Also checking Reed Smith's application Q&A says they recruit on a rolling basis. Does this mean I got impliedly rejected?

They’re rolling but unlikely to be reviewing that many VIs over Christmas/New Years.

I wouldn’t read it into too much.
