oh and with HFW, anyone knows if when you apply close to the deadline (cause they are rolling) will they treat your application as for the TC solely or in that case is it flat out better to wait past the VS deadline and apply for the TC only?

They had a few dates to choose from - 21st, 22nd and 24th of this month for me! I chose 22nd

Is HL like Linklaters in that (a) you have to email graduate recruitment to find out your WG results/report and (b) they will give it to u if u ask?

I got the invite 18/12, and we had 7 days to complete it. Not entirely sure which day I did it on tho 😂

Has anyone who applied to CMS heard back after their initial application? I've heard that some have received tests already but I've only received a confirmation email with no mention of anything else - should I assume a PFO?

I applied a while back and did the tests - have yet to hear back!

Anyone hasn't heard back from Sidley Austin (summer), Weil (Summer), and Gibson Dunn (Summer)- I submitted these three quite early, shall I assume PFO?

Still waiting to hear back from Sidley re winter (they have said they will update me soon even though the scheme finished) - not sure if that's helpful but may mean it will be some time!

I think you should probably send a follow up email asking for further details IN LIGHT OF the scheme's completion... Perhaps they might be considering you for spring or summer... It's not over until it's over!

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of applying to Winston & Strawn and it requires you to submit a Vacation Scheme Placement Questionnaire, but I cannot find this anywhere in the application, or on lawcareers.net.

Does anyone have any insight?
