I always do narrow margins- gives you a lot more space. I have had successful cover letters like this so is ok!yes imo. 11-12 is good.
Thanks for this I was having a bit of a tantrum in my post, these applications have me spiralling 😂😂😂😂😂😂If it says the test is not timed then the amount of time you take bears no relevance at all. I don’t think they will even know how long you take either.🫡
They recommend at least 75 minutes so that people do not underestimate how long it will take to fully complete the test and review answers before submitting. 🙂
The test should take 75 minutes or more to complete basically. That’s why for these tests you never have to request extra time. 🙂
Part of the reason these tests are not timed is to ensure fairness for people who are neurodivergent. 🙂
I remember asking the early careers team at HSF about this at an event and this is what they said.
hi is yours for spring or summer?Hi, has anyone done an AC at Cleary?
congrats!! i was curious because i was looking to apply to them before the deadline but i suppose i’m too late?Hi, it’s for summer
I applied direct for TC. I‘d say don’t give up hopes yet but I did apply close to the deadline so unsure what the processing time would be like. Best wishes and I’m sure you’ve got this!Is this for summer or spring please. Applied for summer but have not heard anything. Not even a test invite. What do you think?
happy to give an insight. PM meHi, has anyone done an AC at Cleary?
I’ve only ever requested extra time on tests and am certain that doesn’t disadvantage you. So many people will request extra time and it’s so common that I bet firms won’t bat an eye at it. Think of all the people at your school who got extra time on exams (I didn’t at that point) and whether anyone would discount their results for that.Has anyone requested reasonable adjustments for an online test ? (e.g. extra time)
If so, does it disadvantage you later down the line ?
e.g. You pass the online test but you are not progressed onto the next stage ?
Hi, I did a negotiation for my NRF AC last year and I was so scared as I hadn't done one before and had no idea how to prepare.Sorry if this has been asked before but are there any resources regarding negotiation exercises at AC?
I’m trying to prepare for Eversheds’ internal meeting simulation and by the sounds of it, it’s most similar to a negotiation although I don’t know what to expect.
I am rubbish at negotiating so if anyone has any advice that would be very helpful. Thanks!
I’ve had many adjustments made for tests and I’ve found it doesn’t disadvantage me to be progressed onto the next stageHas anyone requested reasonable adjustments for an online test ? (e.g. extra time)
