Does anyone have any advice/tips for Latham AC? (Of course whilst respecting the integrity of the recruitment process, I know it would be unfair to be specific about questions etc). Just more general tips? Confidence is just in the ground rn with all of these PFOs/limbo periods😢

Pardon my asking, but isn’t it usually a good sign if interviews run over time? Doesn’t it mean that they enjoy talking to the candidate?
I feel like if time had been an issue, they would have cut it short

I think it depends. It is a good thing because you are engaging and they like talking to you, but might mean answers were too long/not concise enough. All depends what they are scoring you on I suppose. That was my feedback once post interview, that my answers were long-winded
