Yes it is normal, no one who has applied for HL DTC despite being rolling has heard back so probably will take a bit more time

Regardless of app review, you will get Stage 1 as it is a part of their initial app process and it will not be a pfo before that so do not worry

I think I've seen some post Stage 1 and 2 rejections... I don't get it lol. I just want to mark it as a rejection on my spreadsheet 😭 I did the test ages ago
