Mishcon SJT for Summer not idea if it is selective but happy anyway

I second this. in person is 10x better. You can make more of an impression. It feels authentic rather than them ticking of questions. You can connect with other candidates in the process which is nice. You also get food lol

In my experience i always perform worse in virtual ones compared to in-person ones. I think having a real person in front of you instead of it being done on Teams makes a big difference, at least for me.

Do not stress. I hate anything that is virtual as my personality does noy shine when I am speaking through a screen I also find it hard to pick up on body language which makes it harder for me.

Its not timed but it says to complete it in like an hour or something - so best to complete it in the time mentioned

I received it for Summer. I don't know if it is automatic but it does seem to depend on when people sent their applications (did the AI test in mid november).
