Reed Smith SJT and VI! Does anyone have any insights for the test, is it more intense than your usual amberjack ? I know that the VIs are untimed but any other advice would be super helpful.
I don't know if they use the same wording for all their PFOs or they just wanted to single me outNah that’s harsh, they can be kind atleast :/
Any feedback is good feedback!I don't know if they use the same wording for all their PFOs or they just wanted to single me out![]()

Is it worth emailing them to ask for feedback (and if anyone has their email), because it did not include the "we received an unusual amount of applications this year and hence cannot provide feedback" line ? I also could not find their email and I am very sure that the US Perkins Coie grad rec email will not lead to any feedbackAny feedback is good feedback!
What I have understood and generally for other firms as well is that they split apps between different grad rec members and all of them have different capacity and speed of getting through the apps, so some people may hear back earlier and some people not until later.Am I tweaking or are Reed Smith reviewing applications not based on when theyre submitted (maybe alphabetically??)
Seen people who applied on deadline get progressed/rejected, and subsequently people that applied before the deadline get progressed/rejected. Super confused on their approach to reviewing…

Thanks! Maybe it is a bitter pill to swallow. I was just a bit confused since I do have 1-2 experiences and prior vac schemes, can always do better though. If anyone else happens to hear back from Perkins Coie I am sorry for the PFO but please pm, could be helpful to confirm if the emails are personalised.I just meant if the reject email was personalised to indicate that you might need to beef up your experiences, then that is good to know!
But better idea is to attend a law fair/online session and speak with representatives then
Congratulations!! Hope it goes really well!links acquite worried about the commercial awareness interview

Rejection emails for mass recruitment campaigns aren’t personalised. It was likely a standard email that went out to everyone. They don’t have the time to respond to every applicant individually. Thanks! Maybe it is a bitter pill to swallow. Only if it’s personalised….Any feedback is good feedback!
thanks a lot! hope u hear back soon tooCongratulations!! Hope it goes really well!
is this for spring?
I do it straight away and it might be a stupid idea but I feel I’ve given so many similar ones atp that practice won’t help for sjts as practice tests have the same ques as well (or maybe I’m just tired, it took me 2 hours to do the trowers assessment last night and it drained me). If an assessment is new to me, then I take the practice test!Stupid question but do you guys typically practice or prepare before doing an automatic capptivate assessment? Or do you find that you usually just do it straight away?
if you prepare, how do you usually go about it?
