Hey, have you heard anything back? I haven’t either and I’m starting to lose hope. I’m wondering if they’ve already filled all the spots and are just taking their time sending out the rejection emails…

I was 3 weeks post-AC with both firms when I got the first offer.
Obvs this is a v stressful situation if you are asking a firm for an expedited decision and that firm hasn't finished with ACs, you're kinda betting on your performance to have been stronger than the ACs that have been and the ones that are yet to be held.

Written exercise - read the question think about your structure and make sure to hit all points. They want to see how you think and display key skills.

Group exercise - Be confident but respectful, think out loud.

Partner interview - Very conversational, be prepared for difficult follow ups though.
