I was 3 weeks post-AC with both firms when I got the first offer.
Obvs this is a v stressful situation if you are asking a firm for an expedited decision and that firm hasn't finished with ACs, you're kinda betting on your performance to have been stronger than the ACs that have been and the ones that are yet to be held.

Written exercise - read the question think about your structure and make sure to hit all points. They want to see how you think and display key skills.

Group exercise - Be confident but respectful, think out loud.

Partner interview - Very conversational, be prepared for difficult follow ups though.

anyone else still not heard from Debevoise ? im thinking to email but not too sure ?

I had a look on last years thread and it seems that PFOs were sent on Feb 12, but then ACs were sent on Feb 5, so a week apart.

This year they sent ACs Jan 29, so any remaining updates should’ve been sent Feb 5. If yous get no update by Feb 12 (tomorrow) 6pm, I’d say defo email them. They might be doing it in batches this year so diff review process?

Can someone take it for the team and email grad rec at Covington to find out when we will get sent our post app PFOs cos it’s been ages lmao.​
