These are not grad rec specific podcasts but a couple of good ones for industry knowledge and updates are those available from Freshfields (link here: https://www.freshfields.com/en-gb/our-thinking/our-podcasts/) and HSF (link here: https://www.herbertsmithfreehills.com/Podcasts). I personally used both of these resources when I was preparing for case studies and interviews etc as they tend to give great details on M&A trends with some handy explanations and things too! If I remember rightly, I think HSF had a great one on competition too which discussed the trend of competition authorities being increasingly interventionist.
