Hi, I just have one question of about its app questions.

"Please give details of your interests and any extracurricular activities that you have participated in? Please include your responsibilities and level". I am just wondering, when it comes to including responsibilities and level, should I name all activities or just choose one and then expand on that one.

I would do all activities so you are showing a breadth of your interest. If you have done these activities to different levels, I would just focus on explaining the highest level for each activity.
