What's everyone's distractions over the vac?

Hi everyone,

For those of us who haven't had winter vac schemes, it's probably a bit of a wait to hear back til around January/February.
Just wondering what's everyone's distracting themselves with whilst waiting? Writing applications has been my life for the past four months but that's probably not sustainable/healthy haha

If you have some time over this period I really recommend you to reconnect with everything that makes you happy and just soaking up the time to enjoy yourself! I think this year especially it’s important to look after yourself and don’t worry about being productive etc- one thing this year has taught me is we don’t need to be on a hamster wheel all the time! I’ve had a busy four months and I’m taking the time to have long walks with my dog, reading a stack of books I’ve accumulated, having cosy movie nights with hot choc and reconnecting with my friends and family! Of course, if you want to be productive and do courses etc in this time then absolutely do! But don’t feel like you need to and that everyone else is working at 100% all the time, that’s not necessarily sustainable in the long run and you’ll probably be much more ready to hit the ground running in the new year for taking some time!

Well, I've found the way to keep it still useful for me - I'm trading https://www.instaforex.com/reviews_forex_traders from time to time and find it inspiring for some reason when I can make a step forward to pass another challenge.

I trade currencies/ commodities as my main source of income too! I find it's given me a multitude of skills that have been really applicable across various aspects of my life
