Hi, hope you're well. Just seen that you had an AC for Gateley's Manchester office last year, do you know if the AC is more strength/competency based or commercial and do you have any tips you could please share at all? Thanks!

Hey, I hope you're well. I saw your post regarding the OC assessment centre and I was just wondering how it was? I have mine in a couple of days and it will be my first assessment centre so I am very nervous. Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi! Hope you are well too :) And it was my first assessment centre too, but it was went well I thought! The OC team do a great job of making you feel at ease. The interview was very relaxed I thought and the partners were lovely. The group exercise is done in groups of 4, so you'll definitely be able to contribute with ease.

Hey Congratulations! I honestly think relax and be yourself - everyone at the firm was lovely and so you will definitley be comfortable. Just treat it like an opportunity to meet friends! Good luck :)

I saw that you completed the Macfarlanes virtual assessment centre last year.

Hey!! Yeah unfortunately I’m just as blind into the process as you are aha! Oh no way!! How are you preparing for it? Also, it might be easier to just send me a DM via the messages, I’d probably pick that up much faster than this. Only just saw this haha
