Eversheds video interview invitation

Hey guys,

I have sent my application on 4th of November and I have received no video interview invitation until now. Is this normal? I heard that they are supposed to send it right after applying.

I checked my junk mail and even the application portal to see any past correspondence.

As of now, I have received no interview invitation yet, that's why I'm worried!

I doubt a video interview is offered to everyone - they are probably still screening applications, but if you are concerned or feel you have been waiting for a very long time, give the firm a call and see if there is an issue.
