What does it mean when you have applied to a firm and suddenly that's the top firm in your 'recently viewed' on Linkedin? Does Grad rec often check applicant profiles?

What were the main mistakes you were making?

To be even more specific in applications and attend more firm-specific events. Its great to mention a practice area and why you're interested but its an even stronger application if you can link it to specific conversations you've had with partners, associates etc and explain why practice area at X firm is different from another firm. Shows engagement with the firm and a real commitment

I haven’t seen any summer VIs or ACs so far! They closed just 10 days ago. I think they are working through spring rn.

We should hear back by Feb mid?

@Jessica Booker sorry this might be a silly question but I will have to sit my OC virtual AC exercise in my hometown in France for family reasons, is this something I should flag to graduate recruitment or is this not necessary as the time difference is only 1h? Thank you !

In that case maybe add the final/average grade for each subject you did that year or email graduate recruitment to confirm what their preference is?

for people that did the BM test the deadline is tonight so i assume they’ll get back next week

I think they sent out a second batch as I received a test invite on Wednesday and the deadline is the 31st, so it may not be until after that

RPC AC invitation ! They invited me on a specific date within a week, which overlaps with a business trip (the AC time is the same as the return flight).
Is it possible to request a change of the day ?

I fell into a rabbit hole of researching online after I received my invite and I am pretty sure it says on their website or something like that? I think they make us do it again to confirm our previous verbal reasoning test results!

Does anyone know what type of maths is involved in Macfarlanes AC centre because I heard you can't use a calculator and I'm not sure how to prepare.
