I think they rejected us as we havent heard back.

I would just wait and see! No point in negative speculation...they may not have sent out all their assessment invites just yet. Fingers crossed for you!

Did the SH assessment and the psychometric test results were alright. But I'm not a natural with VIs so think it will come across as a hostage video.

I got the invite early last week so I think they are sending invites in tranches so there's hope for everyone.

Has anyone heard back from W&C yet post AC for the SVS? I did my AC almost 4 weeks ago now and know some have been waiting longer.

They said I should hear back within a week so it’s getting frustrating.

If you have been previously removed from employment due to some unforeseen circumstances and the new employer asks for previous ten years employment history. If you do not tell them will they be able to find out?

I don’t think they’ve gotten back to anyone to be fair. I haven’t seen anyone receive anything yet so far.

If you have been previously removed from employment due to some unforeseen circumstances and the new employer asks for previous ten years employment history. If you do not tell them will they be able to find out?

possibly - but it’s unlikely. Most employers only provide employment dates and job titles in references.

Some references may request why the employment needed in the reference details, but many employers won’t provide this detail unless it is for any kind of misconduct reasons.

I’ve done this before for short term jobs etc. it’s just easier so when they do ask for a reference, you can pick from the ones on your cv (most recent and most favourable). The only thing it might do is prompt a question on a gap in your cv for timing for where that job would’ve been.

I feel like you do also get to a point on your cv where you can’t list every job, just the ones that are the most relevant.

I applied for the London Scheme and a lot of people got the VI but I did not hence I assumed it could be a rejection. I applied for the July scheme I do not know if they have sent VIs for the July scheme.

You should really be disclosing any employment during the time period they have asked for, but if you haven't provided details at any point in the process, they won't have any details to contact them.

I had an AC on 26th March. Still haven’t heard back, apart from a mail last week saying they’re still finalising offers. Do firms usually take this long? Or should I still have some hope
