Wait huhhh, I completed their Artic Shores test over the weekend… I didn’t know we get scores! It’s the first Artic Shores test I’ve ever done. How would I find out my score?

I only received an assessment feedback email so I have read my report, but it doesn’t mention a score.

I just added all the dimensions on the scale.

Hi does anyone know if the deadline for CMS direct TC on the 30th November is just for the online application or for WG/VIs too - and if so, is it too late to apply to CMS?

They say that they will let you know within 5 days. I passed the WG and found out within 3 minutes. They tend to let you know quite quickly if you’ve passed it, but don’t count yourself out until they say so.

At an online event they said it is very quick if you don't have adjustements. From eprsonal experience it took a week because they were organising my adjustements.

I have received mine now, thank you. Just been preparing how I would respond to different situations as a trainee, linked to feedback and weaknesses etc. Hopefully will be alright

Not really except to tie it back to them always and keep it specific to your motivations

I’m just looking at the Irwin Mitchell application form and I don’t see any of the questions you’d usually expect to see on an application? Do IM go off the VI and assessment that they’ll send you the link for? I just want to make sure I’m seeing everything I’m supposed to be Lol

Thank you this is helpful. I have also heard from friends that they got rejected from the test and heard within minutes so am just nervous like can you put me out of my misery if I did not pass the test.
