Was it difficult? Just been invited to take the tests
So in my opinion the content of the tests isn't hard but its the time pressure which makes it stressful! Its 15 questions in 16 minutes and I believe the questions get harder as you get them correct (my last question I could barely read the length of the paragraph let alone absorb it and answer questions). Highly recommend using their practice test on the email a few times! The logical one I didn't seem to find as stressful time wise but its a bit of a guessing game with moving shapes and patterns!

Just wondering is it okay to use the same experience/job/role to explain different skills/motivations in a cover letter? Don't want to sound like I'm repeating myself or have limited experiences.
I would say that it is definitely ok as long as it is not the exact same example of what you were doing but rather a different situation within that same experience/job/role - does that make sense?
